Q: What health and safety measures will you be taking at the event?
A: The number one priority at the Fierce New Product Planning Summit is the health & safety of all participants. Our team has been working in partnership with the Westin on how to provide a safe and secure environment.
The Fierce New Product Planning Summit will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening of the event, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.
Together with the Westin Copley Place and adhering to strict CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community. Onsite safety measures will be implemented from the moment you step into the venue, including but not limited to:
The local Health Department as well as the CDC strongly recommends that everyone, regardless of vaccination status, wear a mask when indoors in public spaces other than when consuming food and drink
Widened exhibit hall and larger networking areas
Touchless hand sanitizer
Increased sanitation of high-traffic areas
Q: Do I have to be vaccinated in order to attend?
A: No – but attendees and staff must show proof of a negative Covid-19 test if not fully vaccinated.
Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: What if I am unable to have a vaccine due to being immunocompromised or have other medical reasons?
A: We ask delegates to adhere to all health and safety signage at the event, including keeping 3 ft distance in appropriate areas.
Q: Will masks be provided?
A: Participants are encouraged to bring their own masks, however there will be onsite provision to replace lost masks. Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venues.
