The Fierce New Product Planning Summit and Fierce Launch Readiness for Medical Affairs & Communications Teams events will be a safe and controlled environment where exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and speakers can interact, conduct meetings, and form meaningful relationships. As we move towards the opening of the event, we want you to know we are taking every step available to create a safe and secure show experience.
Together with the Hyatt Regency Boston and adhering to strict CDC guidelines, we are also working closely with our vendors to continue to follow a rigorous safety regimen when interacting with our community. A: Yes, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and Questex staff must be fully vaccinated at least 15 days prior to attending the event. Only USA-approved vaccinations will be accepted.
Q: What are the approved Covid-19 vaccines?
A: BioNTech-Pfizer (2 doses), Moderna (2 doses), and Janssen/Johnson & Johnson (1 dose).
Q: How do I show proof of vaccination?
A: After you register, you will be contacted by Health Shield via a text on your cell phone. You will need to upload official proof of vaccination via the Health Shield text messaging application.
